Concept 01
The Walk-In
Knox follows Innayat from behind as he enters Jivana Villa before anyone arrives. Close, handheld, no stabilizer. Innayat scans the space, says nothing. The camera is a shadow. Ends on him standing at the threshold of the main room. Pure presence. No narration needed.

Hands That Built This
Six rapid close-ups of the Innaz captains' hands doing their jobs. Yansen pouring. Rizal on a cable. Bokep pointing. Dody adjusting a table setting. Della placing something. Prerna fixing a detail. 2–3 seconds each. No talking. Final shot: Innayat's hands straightening something on himself.

Before the Doors Open
One uncut walk through the Imperial Ballroom 10–15 minutes before the Sangeet doors open. Captains doing final checks, flowers being placed, last adjustments — the quiet before the volume. Knox walks slow, handheld. Ends by turning to face the entrance as the first guests filter in.

One Question
Knox asks three or four captains the same unexpected question — fast, no setup. Options: "What almost went wrong today?" / "If this event was a dish, what would it be?" Three people. Three answers. Under 45 seconds total. The honesty of people still moving.

DAY 1 · JIVANA VILLA + PURI KENCANA BALLROOM
Episode 01
Arrival
The machine activating. Day 1 — the tech meet, the first venue walkthrough, the Innaz team arriving in Bali. No guests, no event yet. The setup, the briefing, the preparation. Sets the stage for everything that follows.
How We Film
Ashton collects A-roll of the team walking venues, the tech meet at Puri Kencana, Innayat's first briefing. CM covers wide establishing shots of the spaces. The episode establishes who Innaz is before the week begins.

Episode 02
The Build
What goes into building the physical world of a wedding at this scale. Decor installation, venue preparation, vendor management, last-minute changes. Ashita coordinating the captains. The labor and logistics guests never see.
How We Film
CM covers decor installation and venue setup in the windows before each event (Flora Lines and Casa Bono setups). Ashton collects captain-coordination moments — Ashita directing, Bokep on ground crew. Best captured during the Sangeet and Mehendi setup windows.

DAYS 1–5 · WHATEVER HAPPENS
Episode 03
The Challenges
Every multi-day destination wedding has a moment where something does not go as planned. Document it — whatever it is. The Innaz response to pressure. The most documentary-style episode of the six. Unscripted by definition.
How We Film
We do not plan this episode. Ashton and CM stay alert across all 5 days for any moment where the Innaz team is troubleshooting in real time. Knox will flag moments verbally when he spots them. The less staged, the better.

DAYS 2–4 · WALK-THROUGH PORTRAITS
Episode 04
The Ground Crew
Hero, Rizal, Bokep, Dody, Yansen, and the team in their roles across the wedding days. Short portrait moments captured in the flow of their work — not interviews, not staged. B-roll driven. Each captain gets 20–30 seconds of screen time doing exactly what they do.
How We Film
Walk-through portrait technique. CM and Ashton identify 6–8 captains across Days 2–4 and shoot them in their natural workflow — Rizal on a cable run, Yansen at the bar, Bokep managing the Sangeet floor. No direction. No stopping their work.

DAY 5 · MON 25 MAY · THE WEDDING DAY
Episode 05
The Peak
The highest-energy event day, told from the Innaz perspective. Innayat reading the room, Prerna coordinating in real time, the team executing across five simultaneous events. The wedding is the backdrop. The Innaz team holding everything together is the story.
How We Film
Ashton stays close to Innayat and Prerna on Day 5 — capturing their decision-making, their positioning, their communication with the captains. CM covers the broader team across all venues. The episode is the one day where everything is happening at once, and the edit reflects that pace.

NIGHT OF DAY 5 · PURI KENCANA + ALL VENUES
Episode 06
The Last Night
After the After Party ends. Day 5 closes, spaces begin to empty, the team does last checks — the quiet after five days of full-speed execution. No wedding content. Just the Innaz team in the aftermath of what they built. The episode that lands emotionally.
How We Film
Shot at the end of Day 5 after the After Party winds down. Ashton and CM stay until close to capture the cleardown — the team wrapping cables, the ballroom emptying, the last few captains together. No staging. The emotion comes from the exhaustion and the relief.

A 3-minute interview-led brand profile for Innaz Communique — shot on home ground in Bali over 3 days after the wedding ends. The film covers who they are, the scale of work they do, the people behind the events, and the global network that makes it possible. Interview-led with cinematic B-roll. Delivered 4–6 weeks post-shoot.

Fill + Wrap
Coverage gaps filled. Final B-roll of the Bali HQ and locations. Team departs evening.
Delivery: The hero film is delivered as a single 3-minute film. No social cutdowns. The complete Innaz Communique film, ready for use across all their platforms.
